I called the Keurig company because the warning to descale wouldn't go away. They said I needed the receipt but hadn't saved it. Then they sent me an email several months later telling me that they would send me a new one. It arrived in 2 weeks.

We purchased a Keurig coffee maker a year ago and it tripped an internal thermal fuse. Keurig was very good about replacing the coffee maker with a few questions asked. Thank you Keurig! Not many products purchased today would be replaced so easily.

The Descale warning comes up all the time, even after descaling it. Not sure why this is, however it is very annoying. It also brews Very slowly.
