It's a nice little machine. However, about every 10th use it clogs and it takes sometimes a couple days to get it back running right. Its actually never run very fast. Takes much longer for a cup to brew than my old keurig. Still a nice little system.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I purchased a Keurig machine several months ago and recently went to make a cup of coffee and it wouldn't come on. I contacted Keurig according to the warranty instructions and immediately received information that allowed me to receive another coffee machine. I was kept abreast of the progress every step of the way. I received the new one last week. I'm very impressed with the Simplicity of the process and the fact that there was no hassle whatsoever.
I have been using this product for 11 months and have really enjoyed this model. Unfortunately, it quit working. Called Keurig. They asked me to try a couple of things to get it working. Ultimately they sent me a brand new replacement. Thanks Keurig.
Excellent service ! My Keurig K Supreme Plus suddenly stopped brewing. I knew it was in warranty but i could not find the receipt as it was 8 months old. I wrote to Keurig, and they were kind enough to replace it even without the receipt. You just need to send them the serial number from the machine itself. Besides, they always responded back and also were very courteous on the phone. Great service !
Starting to have my doubts about the k machines. For the new replacement and the water only came out hour one time. Horrible odor and taste. Tried cleaner it with vinegar and water and they're descaling solution.... No luck. Think I'm going to go with a drip coffee maker. A shame cause I really love the Keurig convenience.
We had our K-Supreme plus a little over a year and the "descale" kept coming on after a week or so we had done the descale. I called Keurig and they replaced the unit with no questions.
