My coffee machine stopped after more than 6 months use. I called Keurig customer service and they immediately addressed my concerns and walked me through steps to troubleshoot. Once it was found the machine had a malfunction, they offered a warrant replacement and I got a brand new coffee machine in less than a week. Excellent service!
Regarding the coffee machine itself, I love it and have been enjoying it.
This was a replacement due to the fact the one I did have started sparking and smoking. I’ve had this one for a week and it keeps telling me I need to add water to the tank even though the tank is full.
In less than a year the brewer we purchased stopped working. It made a horrible grinding sound and never worked again. Because it was under warranty Keurig sent us a replacement. The replacement stopped working after three days. Again Keurig sent us a replacement and that brewer is making a horrible loud motor sound, sometimes only brews two ounces of coffee and other times works properly. I can't help but wonder how long this one will work. Is Keurig sending us refurbished units or new ones?? Or, are there known issues with this particular model?
I bought my Keurig late in 2021 and it just quit working. I called Keurig and talked to their Customer Service. They walked me through several steps to make sure that I didn't have a user issue. I had all the books and things that came with my purchase, except a receipt :( The did some checking and fortunately I had registered my Keurig when I bought it. That was all that they needed. They asked me to take a picture of the serial number on the bottom of the device. The said that they would send me an email and that i should reply to their email with a picture of the device serial number attached, and my mailing address, and they would send me a new Keurig under warranty replacement. I had my new coffee pot the very next week. How much better can it get?! Thank you Keurig.
Coffee maker I had required replacement under warranty...called customer service and a replacement brewer was at my door the next day...this is truly exceptional!...thank you Keurig.
