Mine was just little over 6 mos. The replacement was quick. I just hope they figure out the problem. So I get to enjoy this one for a long time. My other Coffee maker lasted 8 years
This K-Supreme Plus is a warranty replacement for one I purchased in mid-2021. The K-Supreme Plus is a wonderful improvement over earlier versions of the Keurig single-serve machines I've had. The reason for the warranty replacement was because something went dreadfully wrong when I was descaling the first one. I called Keurig Service and, after answering a few questions and trying a few different things, the service rep concluded that the old one was dead and said they would send me a replacement. They processed this warranty claim very quickly and I had a new machine less than a week later. Thank you Keurig!
I bought this coffee maker six months ago. It quit working, no power. They sent a replacement within a few days.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I had to search for original receipt before they would send a new replacement. I hope this one last more than three months. Just beware to have you original receipt in hand. I don't know why you have to register if they don't replace w/o receipt.
We purchased this model last summer and it quit working after about 8 months, Keurig replaced it at no cost and we received the new one in about 4-5 days! Excellent service! Before buying we had an older Keurig model which lasted over 10 years. It was still working when we moved to another state but decided we would find a more compact model.
