I called the Keurig company because the warning to descale wouldn't go away. They said I needed the receipt but hadn't saved it. Then they sent me an email several months later telling me that they would send me a new one. It arrived in 2 weeks.
I had problems with my Keurig after a few months after purchase. I called them and explained the situation and they gave me a replacement coffee maker within 5 days even though I didn't have my receipt. What a pleasant experience. I'm impressed
We purchased a Keurig coffee maker a year ago and it tripped an internal thermal fuse. Keurig was very good about replacing the coffee maker with a few questions asked. Thank you Keurig! Not many products purchased today would be replaced so easily.
