We bought the machine worked great for a month then descale came on we used the solution would not go away called CS they replaced the machine. The new machine came and when we turned it on descale was already blinking and again would not go away. So we are now on our third machine in a matter of two months. Highly recommend purchasing a different style.

I have had this unit several months and enjoy the multi-port feature. You can set the strength and temperature. Get an excellent cup of coffee every time.
LOVE my new Keurig! I always did think if there were more holes in the K-Cup, there would be a ton of more flavor!!! Well, y’all did that and I love it!!!!

Do not buy this one

Bought this because it sounded cool and was expecting a great cup of coffee. Instead I have a machine that brews most of the time but every now and then for no reason my 12 oz brew stops at 2-4 oz and machine turns off. Wasting a k-cup (planned so I have to buy more?) Lots of grounds in my cup (k-cup or brewer?) Would not recommend you buy this one.

Wont allow you to use clean purified or distilled water. Boo!

Very easy to fill water and love the clear plastic water reservoir. I like the feature where 3 different people can pick their temperature, cup size and coffee strength.
I can make the perfect cup , with all the different choices. The iced coffee or tea is fabulous. I’ve used Keurig fir years, had several different models. This one is fabulous!!!
Love that this keurig has a smaller footprint than my last keurig. Love the choice of brew strength! Love the convenience of a keurig and vast choice of coffee flavors! Highly recommend!
