I bought a supreme plus and thought something was wrong because it was extremely slow to brew with just a very small stream that came out. Customer service was great and sent out a new unit. Unfortunately the unit is exactly the same. Would not recommend
I had my first K-Supreme Plus for about 14 months and it stopped working, I called Keurig customer service and they were great to deal with and replaced the coffee maker right away. I have owned different Keurig coffee makers for over 7 years now and most certainly would recommend one, great coffee maker.
I hate cleaning filters coffeegrinds and every thing else that comes to making a good cup of coffee. My K-Supreme is the best thing since sliced bread.
We've been using Keurig products for years but this K Supreme Plus hasn't been too kind to us. The first unit we purchased failed after two months. Support was very helpful and sent us a replacement unit. The replacement unit has now failed less than two weeks later. Support will be sending another replacement unit. Hopefully the third time will be the charm.
I had my Keurig for under a year and love it but, it started to not work right. I called the company and they took me through some steps to try and fix it. That didn't work so they sent me a new one. Thank you Keurig people.
