I purchased my original Keurig a few months ago and it stopped working abruptly! I can barely live without my Keurig so I was very happy when I called customer service and they very quickly determined that I needed a replacement! It all happened very quickly and I do appreciate that!
This is a nice unit but wondering how they can't fixe the common problem of easy rest the over heating while there are too many clients with this issue in the social media which cost them a lot to replace it with a new unit it it is still under warranty. Obviously they know the problem and how hard it is to open the unit (no instruction) and reset the heater module! Bu adding these feature they can save a lot of money and have a higher quality unit . Just add a simple way to reset the heart unit , very simple. . I have bought this less than a year ago and didn't stop working , calling the customer support they send me a new unit within a week or two and have been told that this the last one !! mean it will happen again, more likely and not covered any more.
Our K-Supreme coffee maker stopped working during the descaling process, I phoned customer support and right away he let me know there wasn't a way to repair it and arranged to send a free replacement. No cost for the replacement or shipping, a completely brand new unit that is working great now. I'm so grateful to Keurig for offering such great customer support and taking care of us should the unit fail.
Makes fine coffee for a few months, and after first or second descaling process, it breaks down. I have been through 4 machines in less than a year because under warranty, thank goodness. Not user error as I have followed all instructions to a tee, and used only Keurig products. Nothing will ever be as good as the Keurig VUE coffee maker I used to own, which never broke, but they stopped making the pods for the VUE.
This is my third Keurig coffee maker and my favorite model. The other 2 still work and I use them from time to time. This K cup supreme plus is just simpler and easy to clean. Love making my French roast with it every morning.
We had purchased our coffee maker but it stopped making the correct number of cups. We were still under warranty. We received outstanding service from Keurig’s Customer Service. We received a brand new coffeemaker within 2 weeks. Thank you Keurig.
I received my coffee maker for Christmas 13 months ago. When I called due to it leaking , I was told that the warranty was for 1 year. However, even though it was 1 month past the warranty date they would replace it! I was surprised but very happy.
