Purchased the Keurig Supreme Plus around 6 months ago and had a problem. Customer service diagnosed the issue and sent a replacement. Fantastic warranty and I would recommend highly to purchase this great coffee maker and it has fabulous options for brewing.
no one can say that Keurig does not stand behind its products. they saw there was a problem and took care of it right away. I could not have been happier
Got this as a warranty replacement. We love this coffee maker and use it every day. Like the features of strength and size for each cup we brew and that it takes less counter space than our old one.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This is the most versatile brewer I've seen to date.
The things Ilike best about this are: Temp programmable, very hot/medium/not too hot (my wording). Strength 3 levels as opposed to two. Extra size options 4 oz - 12 oz for the perfect fill of your favorite mug. Three saved settings for 3 people's favorite brew.
An example of my favorite brew: I selected very hot, strong, 8 oz and programmed it into person 3 (less likely that some joker will accidentally reset it) I press my button, press the brew button, open and close the top without removing the pod, and repeat. This fills my big mug with enough room to add my hot chocolate mix and creamer. The perfect cup every time without having to think it through before consuming said coffee.
What I didn't like: It failed about 8-10 months in. Remedy: Keurig sent me a replacement brewer because they stand by their product and value their name and their customers.
I had a problem with the power and called the company. The best people and I had a new one in one day. What a pleasure doing business with this company.
My Keurig stopped working after about a year, and I called the customer support number to see if there was a way to reboot my coffee maker before purchasing another one. She tried to troubleshoot it with me over the phone, and when it didn't work, she said they were sending me a replacement! The process was so easy and quick and the customer service agent was very polite. I loved the coffee maker and the convenience, but it was the warranty and customer service that really sets them apart.
