I had my Keurig for under a year and love it but, it started to not work right. I called the company and they took me through some steps to try and fix it. That didn't work so they sent me a new one. Thank you Keurig people.

Love the K-Supreme Plus BUT...

Love my coffee pot, but unfortunately they have had to replace this pot 3 times. Every 3-4 months it quits working. They just replaced it again, so I am hopeful they fixed the issue that was causing it to quit working. They have been excellent to stand behind their product, so I definitely recommend Keurig brand! The customer service has been superior, just an inconvenience to not be able to make coffee for a few days til the replacement comes.

This my third K- Supreme. Two fail in less than a year. The electronics failed in both coffee makers.
They were under warranty, but a huge inconvenience.
