This is the third Keurig Supreme that I have had. The other two were replaced for the same reason. Keurig master switch would not turn on the coffer maker. The people who took my calls were extremely helpful and sent out replacements the same day

Easy, easy and easy with flexibility in selecting how you want it to brew. Only problem is if you attempt to accidentally brew without the water tank installed, you have rendered the unit permanently inoperable. It will no long turn on.
Keurig could use a different thermostat with a reset function but they don't.
I would recommend this to a friend!

We really like this coffee makers size, amount of water it holds and the settings. Just what we wanted. This one is a replacement under warranty. First one like many I read about would not clear the (descale) light no matter what we tried. Tried with Kurig on the phone to no avail. They sent a replacement out quickly, and picked up the old one all free of any charges.
