I had my Keurig for under a year and love it but, it started to not work right. I called the company and they took me through some steps to try and fix it. That didn't work so they sent me a new one. Thank you Keurig people.
Love my coffee pot, but unfortunately they have had to replace this pot 3 times. Every 3-4 months it quits working. They just replaced it again, so I am hopeful they fixed the issue that was causing it to quit working. They have been excellent to stand behind their product, so I definitely recommend Keurig brand! The customer service has been superior, just an inconvenience to not be able to make coffee for a few days til the replacement comes.
I need to return our broken Keurig as we have received the replacement. The email we received did not have prepaid return label. I have follows up 4 times
This my third K- Supreme. Two fail in less than a year. The electronics failed in both coffee makers. They were under warranty, but a huge inconvenience.
I bought this machine a year ago and it just died... Keurig actually no questions ask sent me out a replacement and it arrived two days later! That is such customer service. I will be a loyal customer forever more!
