So very disappointed!

We received a replacement brewer in the last 10 day and it inoperable. Now it reads "Add Water" despite having a full reservoir of distilled water. We've had three of the same model brewers in less than a year--so very disappointing.

I was told they were sending a new, identical brewer to me. Within two weeks, it was here. I commend Keurig for taking care of my problem quickly and easily.
