We really like this coffee makers size, amount of water it holds and the settings. Just what we wanted. This one is a replacement under warranty. First one like many I read about would not clear the (descale) light no matter what we tried. Tried with Kurig on the phone to no avail. They sent a replacement out quickly, and picked up the old one all free of any charges.
We ordered and received one about a month ago and it didn’t work out of the box. So I called them and they very helpful and kind and immediately sent a replacement. We received the new machine and it’s working great!
We love our Keurig. After speaking with the Keurig representative, he decided that we needed a warranty replacement. He ordered the replacement and we had it in just a couple of days. Wow, that was great service and easy to resolve. Kudos to Keurig.
What good is a warranty if the maker is unreliable out of the box. Try to actually identifying the failure, instead of throwing another replacement over the counter! Every time your machine fails, I have to wait 3 to 5 days before another cup of coffee. My 20 yr old Mr coffee 12 cup was still working. The coffee isn't any better just unreliable. This needs to stop!!
