Called the customer service team about the failure of my under warrenty machine, and a new ewplacemtn was received in less than 10 working days. Thats what customer service satisfaction is all about.
We purchased this coffee maker last year after using it at an AirBnb -- just loved it. In the fall we had problems with it closing and couldn't really use it. I contacted the Keurig customer service center, and after providing adequate proof of purchase, etc they replaced my old one with a new one. We were so happy to be able to make our wonderful coffee again. I would highly recommend this product, as well as the excellent Keurig customer service, to anyone.
We have been pleased with the features on this coffee pot. The optional heat and strength level and how we can save the preference has been great. The only issue is this is the 3rd pot in less than a year. There is a glitch in the descaling. You have replaced it twice for us. I wouldn't recommend until I knew you had fixed this issue.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Doesn't not brew a full cup

This is my second one in the past 18 months. Both units stopped brewing a full cup after about 6 months. Keurig has replaced the unit but it's frustrating.
My story... We bought our Keurig Supreme Plus in December of 2020. After nearly a year of use, (end of November 2021) it unexpectedly stopped working. It's my wife' coffee machine and I suspect she removed the water reservoir while in use noticing it was low on water and that caused the machine to fail. (So dont do that) That said, we no longer had the receipt and were about to resign ourselves to having to purchase another for her when I decided to call the Keurig help line. The associate was nice enough, but the whole phone call took less than 5 minutes... They said they would be sending a replacement but it may take a few weeks to get here. True to their word, a new machine arrived and now we can enjoy use of this machine again.
So the product itself is simple to set up, easy to use and has custom preferred coffee setups for ease of use. It is the best keurig we have owned or used for that matter. The support is what really won us over.
