What a great experience. I called the first of the week to get help on making my Keurig turn on after cleaning and after going through the check list with no success, the advisor said we are sending you a new Keurig. I received it before the weekend. Wow!!
Just wanted to let everyone know that they back up their Keurig's during the warranty period. I had a problem with mine and could not get it corrected with them over the phone. They sent me a new Keurig
We received a replacement brewer in the last 10 day and it inoperable. Now it reads "Add Water" despite having a full reservoir of distilled water. We've had three of the same model brewers in less than a year--so very disappointing.
My new Keurig failed to turn on after three months. Customer service asked to me to do a couple of simple troubleshooting steps. When they failed to work, there was no hesitation. I was told they were sending a new, identical brewer to me. Within two weeks, it was here. I commend Keurig for taking care of my problem quickly and easily.
