This is a replacement machine. Why, once you have to Descale the machine over heats and never comes back on. Very poor design in an expensive lovely instant coffee maker until that dreaded Descale day. FIX THIS PROBLEM PLEASE KUERIG!!!!

I have had Keurig in many styles over the years, This new model was the only I ever experienced and issues, I called Tech support and after a couple of minutes A replacement unit was shipped out to me. Could not have been easier. Now the coffee flavor in this new unit is superior to my 2.0 machine, it makes my regular coffee so much better and smoother. Great machine great service and great coffee
