We loved our K-Supreme Plus Single Serve Coffee Maker until 3 months after we purchased it, it started making 1/2 cup beverages. We tried all of the Keurig suggestions and finally contacted Customer Service. Best thing we ever did! After they had us put our machine through some basic trouble shooting test they determined that it was defective and sent us a BRAND NEW Keurig replacement!! They were awesome!! I had a warranty issue with my Keurig Supreme Plus coffee maker. Got on the phone with customer service. After a few tests with the agent they were shipping out a new one. The call was about five minutes and the new brewer was delivered in four days. Great service and very nice to deal with. Thank you Keurig.
