A Keurig Supreme was purchased at Christmas as a gift. It was used by our family with excellent results. A little more than a month later it stopped working. Contacting Keurig and going through some trouble shooting over the phone it was determined that the unit was no longer serviceable. After providing some information, Keurig let me know that a replacement would be on it's way. It arrived a few days later. Excellent customer service. That's what makes a company. Thank you, Keurig.
After 3 months the coffee maker just stopped. I tried some of the suggested online troubleshooting, and then called Keurig, where after 10 minutes, they decided to replace the unit. Received new unit within the week.
The best features of this new coffee maker are: Great styling, extra capacity water container and easy to pick up and carry, temperature control excellent, strength control excellent, and, when it makes the coffee, it pierces five holes in the K-cup instead of just one… Making the coffee taste so much better.
I bought this unit for its features. I held on to my older working model and end up still using This replacement will be my 4th supreme plus in the last 10 months. There is either a design flaw or poor quality control. When it works it makes a great cup of coffee, but it stops feeding water into the unit. PS. I know several others with same issues
