I bought my Keurig late 2020. I have enjoyed the maker since I like strong coffee and my wife prefers less robust coffee. It keeps the peace. I cleaned it when I was supposed to. I loved having the owner's manual on the website whenever I needed. It stopped working - "dead as a hammer". I called the hotline to see if there were any tricks to try or if there was a way to reset the machine. Merciful Keurig went through the possible options and then agreed to send me a replacement.
This was a replacement of my k-supreme plus single serve maker as my old one of 1.5 years totally did not work.....I appreciate the quick replacement maker.
This is a replacement machine. Why, once you have to Descale the machine over heats and never comes back on. Very poor design in an expensive lovely instant coffee maker until that dreaded Descale day. FIX THIS PROBLEM PLEASE KUERIG!!!!
I bought my Coffemaker in December it worked for 6 weeks and died. I reached out to Keurig and they replaced it with a new one. The customer service at Keurig is 10 star.
