Keurig's single serve coffee maker is great. Unfortunately my unit malfunctioned however Keurig stepped up with great customer service to assist me in replacing
We love the K-Supreme Plus. One improvement that doesn’t detract form the value is the de-scaling feature. It is programmed by number of cups and we drink a lot so it’s every three weeks or so. We could skip descaling because we use filtered water but it will blink atcha until you descale.
I purchased this a few months ago. It quit working almost immediately. However, Keurig was great in replacing it for me very quickly. I love my coffee maker!
I have had keurig for many years , The K supreme plus is by far the worst coffee maker I have ever owned. I bought one because of the features that it has. But they break down fairly quickly. The only good thing is keurig has replaced 3 of them at no cost.
I received my Keurig as a gift. I loved it. However it had a defect. When I called Keurig’s customer service department for assistance the representative was so helpful. We went through steps to try to solve the issue. We were unable to locate the problem. Within just a few minutes she sent me an email with information on how to receive a replacement. I received that replacement in just a few days. I appreciate so much a company who stands behind their products!
When my keurig died a replacement was promptly sent. Great customer service.

Disappointed, Didn't Last

Hubby & I thought this was a good machine, we just wish it had a 16 ounce option. It's just the two of us using it daily, so it's not overworked or abused, and we did the routine maintenance. Here we are not quite 6 mos. after purchase (bought end of August 2021) & it went south. Shot out a puff of smoke & smells like hot plastic. For the price paid, we expected it to last longer, most definitely a lot longer than just under 6 mos!!!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
