Customer service was very good! Not sure why my Keurig just stopped working after just a year after purchasing. They replaced it with the warranty. Very happy that they take care of their customers.
I use my supreme plus every day! It’s quick, reliable and brews a great cup of coffee. Just don’t EVER brew a cup and forget to put the water reservoir in place. It will shut off and never turn on again. Oops!
Our brewer stopped working; it wouldn't power on. I called Keurig Customer Service, described my issue and after completing a couple of test suggested by the service agent, a new replacement was issued and I received my new 'K-Supreme Plus' brewer within a week.

This is a replacement and customer service quick efficient in response it was great! We love the features and ease of making with preset options it came fast and we absolutely love it.
After having my original brewer for one year the machine stopped turning on, sitting there like the worthless piece of metal it is. The replacement was sent to me and the thing is trash. It takes over 3 minutes to brew a cup of coffee that is watered down and has coffee grounds in the bottom of the cup constantly.
