Disappointed, Didn't Last

Hubby & I thought this was a good machine, we just wish it had a 16 ounce option. It's just the two of us using it daily, so it's not overworked or abused, and we did the routine maintenance. Here we are not quite 6 mos. after purchase (bought end of August 2021) & it went south. Shot out a puff of smoke & smells like hot plastic. For the price paid, we expected it to last longer, most definitely a lot longer than just under 6 mos!!!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I had one. Less than a yr old began to have problems. THIS IS A REPLACEMENT. So far, love it. No issues. Would choose this one again. Love everything about it.
We have had a Keurig for several years and purchased the newer model last year. That unit had a problem and would not power up. I called service support, and they walked me through all the steps to try but nothing worked. He told me how to send for the replacement. I did and Kurieg did send a replacement unit. Thank you very much.
Very pleased with the warranty replacement process with the K-Supreme Plus. The coffee maker is the best looking Keurig machine I have seen. It works well, too.
