Had a warranty replacement Keurig Supreme Plus shipped replace a poor performing machine that was less than 1 year old. The new machine has lasted approximately 30 days and is now not making full cups!!! The troubleshooting steps do not help and I can actually hear the machine straining to make 8 of 12 requested ounces of coffee. This is unbelievable for the price of this (2nd) unit!!!
This is a very convenient appliance for entertaining. It doesn’t handle an electrical surge, but the company just sent me a new one with minimal effort on my part when this one was in use at the wrong moment and quit. I have one for each of my beach vacation units and decided I needed one for my home!
I bought this coffee maker and liked it so very much, I bought another for the 2nd story coffee bar. For some reason (may have been my error) the machine turned off and would not restart. I called customer service, was answered immediately and in less than 15 minutes and giving them my serial number (I couldn't find the receipt. I was told I would receive a replacement at no cost. Incredible. Customer service is everything. My time was valued as was my purchase.
I must admit - I may have had a hand in killing my Keurig - didn’t realize the water tank wasn’t sitting right and while trying to brew the unit died - but despite this they agreed to send me a new one because it happened within the generous 12 year warranty period. Customer Service like that will make one a customer for life (though I have no plans to make this same mistake twice!)
