I called CARiD customer support for troubleshooting and discovered the problem was irreparable. They sent an exact replacement that I received within seven days. Proof of purchase was the UPC code on the unit. That was very helpful
after my first Keurig coffee maker went bad and would not start. I call the costumer support and they replaced it since it was under warranty. It took 2 weeks to get the replacement.
I was so impressed by the service agent. She was very understanding and listened to what I was saying. She exceeded my expectation on the outcome that I thought would happen. Instead of going to UTUBE I should have just called Keurig to solve my problem.
