This is a replacement and customer service quick efficient in response it was great! We love the features and ease of making with preset options it came fast and we absolutely love it.
After having my original brewer for one year the machine stopped turning on, sitting there like the worthless piece of metal it is. The replacement was sent to me and the thing is trash. It takes over 3 minutes to brew a cup of coffee that is watered down and has coffee grounds in the bottom of the cup constantly.
It took me some time to get my replacement, but I am happy with my coffee maker. The new features on the coffee maker is really a plus.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Very disappointed

I bought this about 5 months ago. Initially I loved it! Then one day just stopped working and it was only 4 months old! I reached out to Keurig about 1 month ago, and to this day no word from them. I did all the troubleshooting tips etc, and it still doesn’t even turn on
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

After six months of use, my Keurig had stopped working. I contacted Keurig, and they honored a new warranty replacement. I'm happy with their service and once again enjoying my morning Kuerig cup of coffee. Thank you!

Awesome Machine..but not for long

I had this machine for 13 months. I loved the quality of coffee that it produced. I think the multi puncture feature helps create a better cup of coffee. The downfall was this machine only lasted 13 months, which is disappointing to me. I wish it would have at least lasted for 2 years. Keurig will not replace it either, as an exception since the warranty is 12 months. Oh well, I'll likely purchase another one because it is so convenient and I love my morning coffee, just hope the next one lasts longer.
