I have had 4 of these coffee makers. I really like them, but they just don’t last. The last one literally died one day before the one year. So as long as it is under warranty, all is good.
I love the K-Supreme Plus Coffee Maker. Although, I feel there is no need for three temperature selections. In my opinion, nobody drinks their coffee at even the lowest setting which seems to be 180 degrees never mind the other two settings which seem to be 184 and 188 degrees. No matter which you choose you'd have to let the coffee cool for a while before you could drink it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Thank you so much for taking the time to review your K-Supreme Plus coffee maker Ed. We appreciate your feedback. Happy brewing!
A bit of trouble shooting without success and then replacement offered. Pretty sure it was the descaling process that cause the thermostat to overheat. No hassle or fuss whatsoever in getting my coffee maker replaced.
