Perfect for my elderly mom who likes her coffee weak and is having eyesight troubles. Caretaker programmed settings to my mom’s liking and fills water reservoir every couple days. This allows mom to be independent in getting her own breakfast.

Should have listened poor reviews

Should have listened to other poor reviews. Purchased three months ago and worked until today. Coffee maker will not power back up.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Had several Keurigs since they came out. This model is perfection. Not only is it the easiest to use, but the brewer allows for a richer flavor adjustable to each family member's taste.

Happy for the upgrade

Loving it so far. It brews it slow but it comes out tasting great. Our Keurig 2.0, I could use the k cup twice to make a large cup of coffee. This one you cannot do that. The first brew uses all of the coffee.
