My favorite thing about this maker is the water reservoir with the handle. Makes for easy filling with water and so much easier than some other models. I also enjoy being able to program my favorite setting and pushing two buttons to brew using this feature!

I received this and was so exited to try it out! Followed all the instructions and did all the troubleshooting listed on the site but it still doesn’t work. All it does is flash descale and only makes about 4 ounces. This was such a let down because I usually LOVE keurig products.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

After each coffee brew, the brew basket must be flushed to get rid of grounds that will be deposited in your next brew. This is a serious design flaw. I was offered a third replacement, no thanks. I was given the previous machine, the Elite. Thanks for that.

Useless - and broken times two!

I bought one of these about 6 weeks ago. It lasted for 3 weeks and then wouldn't power on. Replaced it with another one. This (2nd one) worked for 3 weeks and now only give about 3 ounces of liquid and shuts off, regardless of what cup size is selected. It does this with plain water (no k-cup). Called into Keurig tech support. They verified that this unit was also dead. My original first generation Keurig lasted for years without problems. This newer generation of machine is worthless. I've been through two of them in less than two months. Needless to say I won't be buying a third one. Time to change brands.....

Love the slim style of this coffeemaker. Easy to use, love that I can preprogram my preferences. With the new technology, the coffee tastes better. The only thing that could make this better, is to be able to choose which side the water tank is on.
I have been using Keurig coffee pots for many years so when my son needed a coffee pot I instantly ordered a Keurig for him also.

Big Disappointment

In the past I've owned great Keurig coffee makers until I purchased this one. It stopped pumping the water several times, I have thoroughly cleaned the needles, calibrated it, and re-set it. This is my 3rd replacement and it is doing the same thing. I am very disappointed, and ready to throw it out of a window. Worst purchase ever!
