This is our third Keurig of this model. The first was replaced within three weeks and that replacement worked for several months then resorted to doing what the first one did, saying add water but the tank was full. So they sent us a third one. We have owned 6 different models of Keurig but this is the worst one. All others were great. This one is a one star model but Keurig Customer Service always comes through. So a one star coffeemaker and a 5 star Customer Service.
I purchased a new Keurig in October 2021. I could not reset the flashing descale button after descaling the machine twice. A customer service rep took me step by step through the procedure. When that failed, he sent out a replacement machine that I received in three days.
This coffee maker is our favorite, because of the added multistream function. It allows us to enjoy coffee in larger cup sizes without being watered down in flavor.
I wanted to thank you all at Keurig for you great customer service and quick replacement of the coffee maker that we had issues with. The new one works great and the replacement came very quickly.
Brewer wasn't coming out of descaling mode. Talk to tech support they walk me through several trouble shooting item and it was determined our brewer defective, sent us a new replacement under warranty.
