This is the best coffee maker, much improved from previous models.filtered water, very hot water and good strong coffee the way we like it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

SAME ISSUES- ON MY 6TH BREWER

I originally purchased the K-Cup Supreme, and after it reached the descale mode and I did the descale with the Keurig solution, the machine would not work properly! If I selected 12ounces, it would only do between 2-3 ounces, and then after another month it finally quit working all together. I went thru the replacement process 4 times, and finally insisted that they do not send me the same brewer and requested an upgrade. I spoke with several managers and it was finally approved- I received my K-Supreme Plus is August 2021 and it worked great however by January 2022 this machine is now doing the exact same thing as the other model. Extremely frustrating and DO NOT RECCOMEND.
I bought the Supreme Plus and am very glad I did! I use a reusable instead of k-pods, because I am spoiled with the coffee grounds I prefer. I love my Keurig, it makes delicious coffee, and it functions while I am prepping breakfast. I highly recommend this product, the 5 hole really lets the coffee flavor be extracted beautifully.
I upgraded from my 2.0 Brewer and glad I did. With the new advanced technology this brewer makes smooth rich coffee. I also like that you can customize the settings for individual needs. I definitely recommend!!
I got it because I liked the idea of the water jets. This is my 3rd unit and not real impressed overall. So far the first two lasted approximately 6 months. Quit working while descaling cycle was running. The display just went dark. Tried several things unplugged and plugged back in, tried in a different outlet, and let it cool down. After reading reviews found this is a common problem. I hope they made changes to the latest one I received.
