I bought this Keurig coffee maker in September and it stopped working in December. I was disappointed that it didn’t work. But because I had registered the warranty. I was able to receive a replacement. Thanks so much
I received this K-Supreme Single Serve coffee maker as a gift several months ago and one day it just stopped working. I called the company and since we couldn’t do a diagnostic due to zero power-up, they promptly sent me a replacement. That’s the kind of service all companies should provide! So far, so good with the new one although we’ve had two K-pods explode upon lowering the pod cover. Not sure what that was about. Love providing guests with a self-serve, single-serve coffee of their choice.
