I called & got a replacement, 1st one would not power on. The replacement will not make a full cup of coffee.!! Did trouble shooting still not working. Makes about every other cup Have had Keruig for years. Not happy with this one.
On my second Keurig Single Serve Coffee Maker for over 10 years - very pleased with the first one and other than a small problem with the latest / I'am sure the replacement will last just as long. The Warranty Replacement was an easy and great experience. Have recommend to family and friends and they to have commented they are very happy with the product.

Our original K-Supreme Plus coffee maker was off-gassing a strong plastic odor/smell. We were sent a replacement unit that was much better. LOVE the features -- especially the large water holder with a handle and the Favorites setting.
