I was having some issues with my coffee maker and called customer service. The person I spoke with was so helpful and took her time to explain some things to try while she was on the phone with me. When none of the things worked she told me she would get a replacement sent out since I was still under warranty. It arrived quicker than the time frame she had given me. Great customer service. Never felt rushed or that I was a problem. Cuddos!
Frustrated Customer Received my first Supreme Plus one year ago….it lasted one week. Went though all the phone calls, boxing up the unit and waiting two weeks for a replacement unit. The replacement stopped working 10 months later. I am the only one using this w/2 cups a day and use the Keurig cleaner. Again went through the phone calling process went without a coffee maker for 2 weeks only to receive a refurbished unit with handprints all over it. Yes, I am thankful it works but I was told they would not replace it if this also fails to work. They have lost a Keurig customer!
My Keurig Supreme Plus stopped working during the descale process. I was going to buy another as I love this machine's compact size and ease of use. The size goes up to 12 oz and the heat can be adjusted. I called customer service and the machine was replaced FREE OF CHARGE. I received the new machine 4 days later and I am sooo happy with the service I received.
Love my Supreme Plus but slightly out of warranty it developed a problem. Called Keurig who offered a replacement and within a couple of days I was again enjoying the great coffee. Thanks so much for your wonderful service.
