I bought this machine in August 2021. After 4 months it broke. Customer service was so helpful and sent me a new one

This is our 3rd machine. We heavily used the Keurig for coffee and hot chocolate. We are very disappointed that this recent model can not fully produce a pod of hot cocoa. At first we blamed human error. Maybe we didn't shake the pod to agitate the product settling, then we thought we didn't follow brewing preferences correctly. After, making the adjustments; (ie:low strength, high temp for best results) we still found a lot of hot cocoa at the bottom of the pod. How did we discover this? After pulling out the pod, the remnants of the HOT cocoa spilled out of the bottom of the hole. This also made for a very watered down drink. The coffee production is fine.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Had to have my Kerig replaced under warranty and ease of process was outstanding. Love this coffee maker. Perfect cup of coffee every time. Highly recommend.
Makes great coffee. Very convenient, fast and easy to clean. When my unit quit after one year the representative replaced after a couple of basic questions. Service makes the coffee even better. Thanks
I’ve always been a little dubious about warranties on certain purchases. I almost didn’t call when my K-Supreme Plus quit working. Needless to say, I was pleasantly surprised to to be informed that I would receive a replacement after sending verification of purchase or serial number if I no longer had original receipt. I received the replacement within 10 days. I love the coffee maker and I appreciate their customer service. Very professional!
I purchased a K supreme that when I descaled it the need to descale light would not go out. I called and you sent a replacement. The unit exceeds my expectations. Thank you.
I will recommend this Keurig to everyone. The design , the operation, the choices, and the delicious brews it makes causes me great pleasure. It is so great to have a product that exceeds expectations.
