Had to have my K-cup supreme replaced because after 2 months it quit working. The representative from Keurig was very helpful and I received my replacement quickly.
My gift Keurig hit a snag 8 months after I received it. I filled out the online forms and within a week I received a brand new Keurig. It’s working great so far!
The first one died/fried itself during the first descaling procedure. It was 2 months old. This one ( a replacement) although still working would not exit the descaling procedure so I needed to unplug it. I have always kept up on maintenance and had my original Keurig last for about 5 years. These are garbage like everything else lately. Coffee taste, temp and cup size all good when it’s working.
Keurig replaced my coffee maker with no questions asked. The unit would just not turn on. I followed all the on line instructions for troubleshooting to no avail. I call Keurig for help and they had me go thru the same steps, then offered a free replacement.
I bought this coffeemaker in August. Limited usage - stopped working completely in January!! After speaking with customer service, I was sent a new machine. Very easy!!! Hoping it holds up this time.
