I received a replacement for the K-Supreme Plus about 4 weeks ago. Haven't needed to descale yet (which did not work with first one); now the "Save Your Settings" on the NEW one doesn't work. Wondering if it is a "repaired" one rather than new???
Purchased a few wks. ago and like every feature. Only thing missing is the light in the water canister. Difficult to see when canister is full (when pouring water). I guess it just depends on where you have your coffee maker situated.
Can't say enough about this Keurig. Quiet. Quick. And I love-love-love being able to customize the settings for strength and temperature. Stylish and doesn't take up much space!
I bought my keurig coffee maker and it stop working after a few months. Luckily customer service is really good & got my replacement without hassle. Thank you for warranty.
