Very disappointed in the consistent brewing quality. It requires descaling much too frequent frequently. It periodically puts too many grounds in the cup and this coffee maker is less than a month old. When it works it is fine but I really think I want to go back to the older model.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The k-supreme is a real improvement over the previous coffee makers. The different sizes and stronger flavors makes it ideal. Too bad it stop turning on. good the warranty was still there.
We were very pleased with the rapid response to our warranty call. Otherwise, for two of us to make a pot of coffee in the morning generally means half of a pot wasted after waiting for it to perk. Two Keurig cups in the morning and we’re relaxing with morning Java in no time!
