Purchased the coffee maker in September and it stopped working while I was running the descaling solution for the three month maintenance. Was such a let down but the replacement came within two weeks.

I had to return the first one because it taste like plastic and this new one does work good and does not have the plastic taste, but the water comes out so slow it splashes water out of the cup and all over the countertop, very disappointed my old one was a lot better
