We’ve had Keurigs for years. Each new generation has had incremental improvements. The K-Supreme has taken a quantum leap! It’s very, very cool looking. The water tank is gorgeous and is SO easy to remove and fill! Not having to wait for the water to boil is a total plus. WAY wonderful product.
Replacement for coffe maker that stopped working after 4 months of use. Had just a little issue of delivery, I will say could be holiday related. Called & it shipped that day & arrived next day.nn
I purchased the K Supreme Plus unit nearly a year ago and was recently descaling my unit and my unit was damaged. Called Customer Service and was able to replace my unit under warranty in a very timely hassle-free manner. WOW!!!!
My lovely K-Supreme Plus Single Serve Coffee Maker stopped working and I was heart broken. I called Keurig and they looked up my warranty, and said it is still good, and they would send a replacement. I didn't ask how long, because I knew with the Christmas rush they were extra busy and I knew they would come through. One week ago, I received my new coffee maker. I am so happy. This new coffee maker is just the same as the one I had, only it is quieter while it is brewing. It makes the greatest coffee. It is easy to program and I deal for just two people. I highly recommend it.
