I am extremely pleased with my Keurig K Supreme, even though it is a warranty replacement I would turn to Keurig again and again. It is a very good product
This coffee maker is a warranty replacement for the identical Keurig that unfortunately died after about 10 months. We expected more life than that, so hopefully it was a fluke and this one performs as expected for a long time. So far, so good. We can now vouch for the prompt customer service that sent us this replacement.

I have had about 5 Keurigs over the years. Evenrually replace with newer models. Two of my Keurigs failed after the warranty was up and Keurig replaced it with a new one...no questions asked. The K-Supreme Plus failed after 8 months while i was descaling and again, Keurig replaced it with no problem. I love the maker. It makes excellent coffee. I believe a slight change to the prescribed descaling procedure will prevent another problem. The procedure as outlined in the user manual says to rinse after descaling until the tank is empty and the maker calls for more water. But a better way that will prevent the problem is to rinse until just before it calls for more water and then it will be fine. Online community discussions make this clear. Again, Great maker, would definitely get another.
