I have had about 5 Keurigs over the years. Evenrually replace with newer models. Two of my Keurigs failed after the warranty was up and Keurig replaced it with a new one...no questions asked. The K-Supreme Plus failed after 8 months while i was descaling and again, Keurig replaced it with no problem. I love the maker. It makes excellent coffee. I believe a slight change to the prescribed descaling procedure will prevent another problem. The procedure as outlined in the user manual says to rinse after descaling until the tank is empty and the maker calls for more water. But a better way that will prevent the problem is to rinse until just before it calls for more water and then it will be fine. Online community discussions make this clear. Again, Great maker, would definitely get another.
Dealing with the warranty team was good but this is the third model Supreme Plus we have had in 14 months . Hoping this one will not shut down like the other 2 did.
Our k-supreme plus suddenly died and we were rewarded with a smooth and friendly interaction with customer service and a replacement was shipped promptly! A÷÷÷
The coffee pot was a gift and we were very happy with it until something went wrong. The customer service person I spoke to was very helpful. It’s nice to know that you stand by your products. We bought another Keurig as a backup so we would never be without. I am telling everyone what a great customer service experience this was.
