I bought my k supreme coffee maker a year ago and unfortunately it suddenly stopped working. After calling customer service they were very nice to send me a replacement machine.
My new Keurig was not working correctly and then stopped working. I called and spoke to a representative who was very helpful. My machine was replaced in less than 3 days. Excellent service. Thank you!
We upgraded to the new Keurig because it takes up less real estate. The bonus is that it's completely customizable for 3 users so all it takes it selecting your blend (user 1, 2 or 3) and pressing the "K" to brew. I truly believe the hottest setting does brew hotter than our older model which I like a lot better. It also turns on automatically when the handle is lifted to insert your pod. The only drawback is when using your own coffee you have to switch out the pod containers. I liked it better when the insert fit into the K cup pod. That being said, this upgrade is still an improvement over the other models.
This is an amazing coffee maker and so easy to use every morning, Disappointed though it stopped working after less than 6 months of use. Then had to wait several weeks for a replacement and had o call and follow up on the warranty replacement after not hearing anything back from customer support several days after calling about the issue.
