A Little Disappointed

Our old Keurig died, so I was kind of excited to be able to get one of the newer ones. We went back and forth between this one and the Duo with the thermal carafe. We chose this one mainly because of the temperature settings and also the various strength setting. The first we brought home, it quit working once we tried to run our "test" cup, no power, nothing! The next day we picked up a replacement. I am disappointed in the way my coffee tastes, and the temperature setting, even at the hottest, does not seem any different than my previous Keurig. I am not sure if there is also something wrong with this maker, or if the temperature doe not get any hotter.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Really like BUT...

BUT we have found after using it 2 months that when we use the stronger strength settings we aren't getting the 12, 10, 8, 6 or 4 ounces we are getting 2 ounces less. I tested it the other night & ran just water on regular strength I got the correct ounces but when I put it at full strength it consistently gave 2 ounces less water no matter how many ounces we wanted. Other than that we really like it. Love the larger water reservoir as well as the different temperatures. If there was a way to fix the # of ounces we get when we use the full strength it would be 5 stars.

We purchased this to replace our broken coffee maker ( one of the only ones with temp and strength controls which kept breaking) .. after researching I saw that this Keurig model also had temp and strength control so figured we try it since Keurig was a trusted brand... WE LOVE IT!!!! Not only is the coffee hot but it is strong !! Thanks!!
I consider myself somewhat of a coffee snob and purchase the products and beans that maximize my coffee drinking experience. This Keurig, better than its predecessor, does a superior job maximizing the flavor from the pods. I love strong coffee, my wife a little less so, and the versatility of this brewer allows me to please everyone in the family.
Just bought this 2 weeks ago to replace an older Keurig, which was working fine.. I love the features with my new keurig, takes up less counter space and is easy to refill.
Replaced a bulkier model with an led screen. This model looks great in the kitchen and the handle on the water reservoir is a great improvement. Controls are simple and straightforward. The multiflow technology brews a great cup of coffee. Highly recommend!
After our old Keurig gave up it’s spirit it was time for a new coffee maker. Very glad Keurig at last launched a model that looks and feels better with a nicer slimmer design and memory feature. The new brewing system provides more flavorful coffee, even in mild, enhancing the taste, really great feature. Also the extra hot is ideal for adding cream and still remain sufficiently hot.
