This is an amazing coffee maker and so easy to use every morning, Disappointed though it stopped working after less than 6 months of use. Then had to wait several weeks for a replacement and had o call and follow up on the warranty replacement after not hearing anything back from customer support several days after calling about the issue.
I absolutely love my keurig k supreme+! It suddenly stopped working, but Keurig immediately sent me a replacement. This is a wonderful company, best coffee maker!! Merry
I love the ability to have different coffees every day. My previous Keurig died during the first year, and Keurig replaced it right away. That's good, because I don't really like having the same kind of coffee every day.

I bought the coffee maker some time ago..it died on me last month Called the company mentor they walk me thru doing a on line trouble shooting to fix the problem it some how didn't get fix...the. Company decided to send me a replacement which I got it in 3 Days thank you keurig. We r coffee drinkers
