I am impressed, great experience....grateful! We enjoyed our Keurig, sad that it ceased to function after a year of use, grateful that Keurig stands by their product and care for its customers - now enjoying the new maker provided by Keurig.
Received the K Supreme Plus Single Serve coffee maker as a warranty replacement for the one I had. I was elated and very appreciative of the way my problem was handled. Would definitely recommend this Keurig product. Thank you Keurig!
My Keurig K-Supreme Plus stopped working after 11 months. One call to Keurig, along with proof of purchase, and my replacement was authorized and on its way to me.
When I began to use our new K-Supreme Plus, we were continually concerned about the lights in the house blinking when a cup was brewing. No matter what setting of strength and/or temperature, the lights blinked. I hired an electrician to check the circuits during operation and could not determine why the coffee make caused the lights to pulsate dim to bright. Other appliances of much greater wattage did not affect the lights. Having brought this to the attention of Keurig, the coffee maker was replaced since it was still under warranty. As things would have it, the new, replacement coffee maker does the same but not on all settings of strength and temperature. Therefore, we are limited as to which features of the coffee maker as advertised and promoted that we can use. A customer looking to purchase a K-Supreme Plus might want to rethink their options.
