Motor burnt out on my previous Keurig. Called the customer service number and after a short phone call had all information needed to start my warranty replacement. Amazing customer service. Received a new model replacement very quickly. Amazing company. Thanks again.
I have tested the temperature and found it to be acceptable but all the settings give me the same temperature of coffee. Not to sure I like the descale feature as it can cause the machine to fail as it did for me. Keurig did however replace it immediately. I won't be doing the descale maintenence as instructed as it overheats and causes failure.
Love this Keurig! So much easier to fill than our old one that after 8 years died. Presets great for our home. Brews the perfect cup of coffee. Set your strength, temp and ounces or use your preset.
I had an issue with a 8 month old coffee maker. When I called for help, the customer service representative was very courteous and understood the issue. She offered to replace the Keurig unit immediately. I received it shortly after and am pleased with their customer support. Issue resolved and I'm back to having great coffee
