This coffee maker is great, thanks for replacing the one I had for 3 months and gave me warm water and no hot coffee. I get hot coffee with this replacement and really like it.

The first one I purchased lasted less than 1 year. I used my old Keurig 2.0 while I waited 7 weeks and a second call to customer service to get a replacement. The new one has a bigger carafe and quicker brew time than the 2.0. However the coffee temp is cooler than the 2.0.
