I had an issue with a 8 month old coffee maker. When I called for help, the customer service representative was very courteous and understood the issue. She offered to replace the Keurig unit immediately. I received it shortly after and am pleased with their customer support. Issue resolved and I'm back to having great coffee
I am impressed, great experience....grateful! We enjoyed our Keurig, sad that it ceased to function after a year of use, grateful that Keurig stands by their product and care for its customers - now enjoying the new maker provided by Keurig.

My Keurig K-Supreme Plus stopped working after 11 months. One call to Keurig, along with proof of purchase, and my replacement was authorized and on its way to me.
