I was offered a replacement K-Supreme Plus for a coffee maker that died within one year of purchase. We returned from a vacation to find K-Plus puffed a bit then died when we plugged it back in. Keurig offered a replacement for the coffee maker and said it would be received within 10 working days. The reason for the 4 (instead of 5) star rating is that I did not receive the new coffee maker until 3 weeks later. But, to be fair, this did occur in the middle of December and peak “gift” season. The coffee maker is very good. I would recommend (unless this one dies within a year also). To be updated.
This coffee maker is great, thanks for replacing the one I had for 3 months and gave me warm water and no hot coffee. I get hot coffee with this replacement and really like it. Thanks, I would love to see Made in America on the box !
The first one I purchased lasted less than 1 year. I used my old Keurig 2.0 while I waited 7 weeks and a second call to customer service to get a replacement. The new one has a bigger carafe and quicker brew time than the 2.0. However the coffee temp is cooler than the 2.0.
