I was given this as a gift and it died in a few months. I was originally told 7-10 days for a replacement. I called during that time and told it would be 7-10 days after it was processed, which took a few days, so it was going to take longer. This was during the holiday season so I was without a coffee machine for family and friends so I asked about a refund instead of a replacement. I was told that they would do that but it would take time. After that time period I checked again and was told that it would be 7-10 days shipping and that they would not send me a refund. In total, the 7-10 days took over almost a month and I got different information from different people. When this coffee maker dies, which, based on the reviews, I expect to happen sooner rather than later, I will find a new brand to purchase.
This one is a replacement for the same make and model that just stopped working. Company was good once you got a rep you could understand!! Tried 3x…we had several kureig coffee maker and this by far makes the best tasting coffee with stream technology. Hoping it lasts for at least 2 years not 2 months. I didn’t give high marks due to not being able to understand reps and first experience with the new model that was graciously exchanged.
We had this Keurig about a month and it just quit working. No power all of a sudden. Called Keurig and they were very quick to send us out a new one before Christmas so we could have it when our company arrived. I love that it has a separate reservoir with a real handle, so easy to add water!
I purchase the Keurig Supreme Plus because it was smaller in my kitchen space. I have a Keurig 2.0 but it's about 7 or 8 years old and it is running very slowly and takes forever to descale. But I'm not sure text K Supreme is any better because it perks very slowly hoping that it doesn't take as long to descale.
