I bought a Supreme PLUS in May last year and have been receiving the coffee subscription. It all works smoothly. A few weeks ago, I had a problem with the Keurig. It told me to Descale which I did (I had done it before) but the Descale button kept blinking... for days. I could still make coffee but I wanted help to turn the Descale light off. I called and spoke to a rep, explained my problem, and the rep looked at different solutions for me. He said that since the problem could not be fixed, Keurig would immediately send me a new replacement since I was under the 1 year warranty. I received the new Keurig less than a week later. Easy breezy process.
Simply put, it makes a great cup of coffee. Looks great on the counter. Useful features. Unfortunately, my first one stopped working however Keurig sent a replacement. Good product and good customer service! Only reason for four vs five stars is because the first unit failed.
This is the 3rd coffee maker that I have. It is the 2nd warranty replacement. It just stopped working. There's a problem with that model. Both machines were replaced by Keurig under warranty. They did the right thing. Pain to get replacement.
We originally purchased this model and had lots of issues. We did lots of troubleshooting, but had no success. Kuerig stood behind their product and replaced the faulty machine. It works better than the old one ever did. Thanks
