I've had this for a couple days and I would love to set up the indivual settings, but your directions stink. I had my daughter see if she could figure it out and she was lost as well.

Once the desired brew size, strength, and temperature settings are chosen, press and hold one of the user profile buttons to save your settings. Once saved, you can press the user profile button followed by the brew button. Hope this helps!
I miss my old Keurig l. I got this one because I thought the water capacity would be larger and I wouldn’t have to fill my container every other day, but it won’t even turn on when reaches are certain level so tilhe extra water capacity is useless. It doesn’t preheat so it takes forever to heat up and then goes extremely slow to make. It’s also extremely annoying to have to presses all the buttons to get this thing making coffee. You can save your setting but you still have to press two separate buttons to make your coffee. It’s also really weak now. I miss my old one step keurig. I hate this new “fancy” machine.

Love this coffee maker. Simple to use. Does provide enhanced flavor. Only problem was I use K Cup filter most of the time and this one takes a different filter. Just need to report that info when purchasing this. Just had to order separate after receiving coffee maker. Do love it.

I would give it 5 stars except for two issues. 1) temp setting on hi is not hot. We need to top off in the microwave. 2) after resetting a few times to try to get them working properly, the presets set the temp ok, but will not dispense 12oz. They usually give 8 oz, sometimes 10oz.
We like the compact style, and the handle is huge

Works but a step down from the Elite

I love the design and functionality. The settings configuration for three different users are a blessing and the water reservoir is easier to fill but would love the have the light.
My only complaint is the the coffee is not hot enough. Even on the highest setting my coffee is on 163 degrees. That is not hot enough.
I will not buy it again.

Puzzling features...gained and lost

Bought this to replace another keurig...love the new features of flow thru technology and continuous brew without waiting for water to heat up. Puzzled why you can change position of water tank on K-supreme, but can;t on K-supreme Plus. Also none of my travel mugs fit under the K-supreme Plus....all fit under my old Keurigs. Keurig keeps coming up with improvements to their machines, but it seems that each improvement comes with a sacrifice.

A Little Disappointed

Our old Keurig died, so I was kind of excited to be able to get one of the newer ones. We went back and forth between this one and the Duo with the thermal carafe. We chose this one mainly because of the temperature settings and also the various strength setting. The first we brought home, it quit working once we tried to run our "test" cup, no power, nothing! The next day we picked up a replacement. I am disappointed in the way my coffee tastes, and the temperature setting, even at the hottest, does not seem any different than my previous Keurig. I am not sure if there is also something wrong with this maker, or if the temperature doe not get any hotter.
