I’ve been very happy with product. I like the programming feature and the instant on. No need to set times for turning off and on. The handle on the water container is an added plus
I had to get in touch with Keurig on my coffee makers warranty. The Customer Service was very professional and courteous. The young lady handled my situation with ease and after a few easy steps my new coffee maker was on its way to me. Thank you Keurig
This is a replacement to my first purchase which malfunctioned after descaling. The coffee tastes good but the machine splatters all over the counter after making a cup. There are also small pieces of coffee grinds in the cup if you make a cup of hot water. I still have to wait and see what happens after descaling for the first time. I can say at this point that I am not thrilled with this machine.
We had our coffee maker for a short period of time & after descaling for some reason it just stopped working. I called the company & I had a replacement right away
IRECENTLY HAD A K SUPREME PLUS THAT STOPPED WORKING. I CALLED KEURIG AND MY CALL WAS ANSWERED BY A LIVE PERON THAT SPOKE PERFECT ENGLISH! I WAS REFERRED TO ONE OF THEIR SPECIALISTS WHO HAD ME DO A NUMBER OF THINGS AND THEY DETERMINED THAT SINCE STILL UNDER WARRANTY THEY WOULD REPLACE IT. I RECEIVED THE RPLACEMENT VERY PROMPTLY AND IT IS WORKING PERFECTLY!
