I bought my K-Supreme Plus almost a year ago. Went to make my cup of coffee and the unit wouldn't even power on. It was dealer than dead. I called Keurig customer support, we tried troubleshooting and nothing worked. They said a replacement unit is on the way with a new 1 year warranty. The entire phone call was less than 10 minutes. I had my new Keurig three days later!
My machine just wouldn't turn on one day, the warranty replaced it within 2 weeks. No charge to me at all. Asked me a few questions and sent the replacement Thank you
I love the convenience, speed and the taste, however it just isn’t hot enough. I just used an old keurig from 5 years ago and it brewed hotter than my current one.
I love my Keurig coffee makers they make at home coffee taste better than any other pot I’ve tried in life. Truly. BUT they break very easy. I’ve been through 5. 1-2 years is not long enough lol it’s laughable at how expensive they are. This is why 4 stars. My last one broke within 2 months and was kindly replaced. Please make them more durable . Or I drink too much coffee! I may need a commercial version haha
