Won't reset after descale

Keurig replaced my 3-month-old supreme single serve because it would not reset after descaling. Very annoying but was replaced at no expense to me.

Good features but some issues.

This is a replacement to my first purchase which malfunctioned after descaling. The coffee tastes good but the machine splatters all over the counter after making a cup. There are also small pieces of coffee grinds in the cup if you make a cup of hot water. I still have to wait and see what happens after descaling for the first time. I can say at this point that I am not thrilled with this machine.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

IRECENTLY HAD A K SUPREME PLUS THAT STOPPED WORKING. I CALLED KEURIG AND MY CALL WAS ANSWERED BY A LIVE PERON THAT SPOKE PERFECT ENGLISH! I WAS REFERRED TO ONE OF THEIR SPECIALISTS WHO HAD ME DO A NUMBER OF THINGS AND THEY DETERMINED THAT SINCE STILL UNDER WARRANTY THEY WOULD REPLACE IT. I RECEIVED THE RPLACEMENT VERY PROMPTLY AND IT IS WORKING PERFECTLY!
