Well...Stuff Happens when you least expect it. We bought our K-Supreme Plus A year ago for the holidays. One year and a week later, it decided to not operate any longer and instead take off for the holidays. Knowing I was just past the warranty and needing a quick solution, I called to see if they would still honor the warranty and as luck would have it, they gave me a replacement. That is a great company! Many thanks for saving the holidays. We are back with our delicious coffee again.
We bought our first Keurig. It did stop brewing. I called. We received a replacement, within a week. Keurig stands behind it product. Very Happy and Satisfied.
I have so enjoyed the new features on the K-Supreme Plus Single Serve coffee maker as I am a Widow & want to enjoy fresh full-body, hot coffee. This was my third Keurig & I upgraded from my working coffee maker to get the new features. Was so disappointed when it failed but thrilled to have it replaced by the company.
There’s nothing better then a hot cup of coffee first thing in the morning to get the brain and body going! Select a k cup, pop it in, push a button, and you have a hot cup full in a minute. NO PREHEATING! I LOVE IT❤️
