This is the fourth coffee maker that we have had in less than a year. They last a couple months and then die. We are sent a replacement of the same model. These machines are defective and should be recalled.
A couple of weeks using and very pleased so far. A tip received online review is so after brewing run through clear water to clean for next cup! Definitely helping for the next cup brewed.
I got a Keurig K supreme plus for Christmas last year. It didn't even last a year. I am by myself so it did not get overworked, but would not turn on. It died. Very disappointed in it
Our new K-Supreme Plus is wonderful! The one it replaced was, too, until it wasn't. Fortunately, it was still inside the warranty period and Keurig sent the replacement immediately! Wonderful customer service!!
I've had several keurigs, like that it's convenient to use and makes good coffee. Had a problem with my last one when I had to descale it. It would not turn back on. Nervous when I have to descale the new one. Hope the same thing doesn't happen.
I am pleased with the response from the team. They replaced the unit. But one of the features that is suppose to show on the screen was not working on either unit. Maybe there will be a simpler model coming out soon. Thank you.
