I've had several keurigs, like that it's convenient to use and makes good coffee. Had a problem with my last one when I had to descale it. It would not turn back on. Nervous when I have to descale the new one. Hope the same thing doesn't happen.
I am pleased with the response from the team. They replaced the unit. But one of the features that is suppose to show on the screen was not working on either unit. Maybe there will be a simpler model coming out soon. Thank you.
I was pleased with the customer care person that helped me with my problem. The descaling feature didn't correct itself after multiple times of doing the process. Since my coffee maker was under warranty they replaced same model immediately at no charge. I received the coffee maker in a few days.
My Keurig stopped working completely as if it had shorted out internally. I heard a strange sound after turning it on. I called to tell Keurig that I had registered my coffee make earlier in the year and had the receipt still. I was advised to send copy of the receipt on an email they sent to me. I called 2 times to ask where my replacement coffee maker was and finally got someone to order it for me. The good news is that I got a brand new Keurig Supreme two weeks later.
