I had this about 6 weeks. Loved it. Then I descaled it according to directions 3xs. I could not get it out of descale, then it just stopped working. No power. I called. The person I spoke with was pleasant and
helpful. After our conversation she asked
that I send a picture of the serial number etc. I received a new machine identical to the one I originally purchased. Love it.

The Keurig K-Supreme Plus makes a great cup of coffee, and fast. I'm very pleased with the quality of the machine and the coffee it makes. The user has several options (strength, cup size) and it makes a perfect cup everytime.
