I had a problem with my coffee maker using the cleaning cycle just out of Warranty. Keurig replaced it no questions asked. Very Fair and more than I expected.
Don’t buy this product. I am on my second warranty replacement

Bought mine back in April. It lasted about 3-4 months then stopped turning on. Sent it back to Keurig and got a refurbished unit. About 4 months later it is starting to have problems with the water pump. This is my second Keurig I've owned and my first one lasted about 5 years.
The new strength and temperature options certainly adds to the coffee flavor and it’s great. The downside is it takes a bit to complete brew from start to finish.
