I purchased my K-Supreme coffee maker about 6 months ago and It stopped working. Called Keurig and was pleasantly surprised to find out it was covered under warranty and that they would be sending a new one. I love this new coffee maker as I loved the old one, it makes great coffee and I love the customizable button which also makes it so fast. Thank you.

I purchased a K-Supreme Plus last year. It is in a seasonal home so was used for 6 months and then sat for 6 months. When I returned and tried to make coffee it was totally dead. I was about a week past a year of ownership and figured I was out of luck. Keurig was very gracious, honored the warranty and sent me a brand new replacement coffee maker. I love the machine and now, thanks to good, understanding service, I’m a true fan of the Keurig company. And best of all, it only took one phone call from me and then one email to send pictures of my receipt. Could not have been easier.

Overall, this has been my favorite Keurig...for me, its' the size of the reservoir that counts!
I first purchased this in May. It stopped working after my second descale. Keurig quickly sent me a new replacement. Kudos on customer service!

We have been using Keurig coffee makers for several years. The problem with them is they don't last. It seems like we need to replace them after 1 or 2 years of usage. This recent item was a replacement for the same style Keurig that stopped working 8 months after we bought it. This product produces 3 to 4 cups of coffee per day. It's not overused.
