I bought this one less than a year ago, I cleaned and descaled as instructed using Keurig products. The machine continues to say “descale”. Called customer support and they could not fix it so they sent another one….I really wanted my money back. This is my 5th Keurig, time to find something more reliable!!!!!!!

We got this coffee maker as a Christmas gift last year and loved it. It brews quickly, we can adjust the temperature and strength, and it's easy to clean and descale. Unfortunately, it quit working, but I called Keurig and the replacement came quite quickly! Fast and friendly customer service!
