We have been using Keurig coffee makers for several years. The problem with them is they don't last. It seems like we need to replace them after 1 or 2 years of usage. This recent item was a replacement for the same style Keurig that stopped working 8 months after we bought it. This product produces 3 to 4 cups of coffee per day. It's not overused.

I had this about 6 weeks. Loved it. Then I descaled it according to directions 3xs. I could not get it out of descale, then it just stopped working. No power. I called. The person I spoke with was pleasant and

The Keurig K-Supreme Plus makes a great cup of coffee, and fast. I'm very pleased with the quality of the machine and the coffee it makes. The user has several options (strength, cup size) and it makes a perfect cup everytime.
